RESURRECTION
The resurrection of Jesus Christ secured victory over sin and death and enables Him to live as
Advocate and Mediator.
So when this corruptible shall have put
on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be
brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
O death, where is thy sting? O grave,
where is thy victory?
The sting of death is sin; and the
strength of sin is the law.

guarantees the resurrection of all born again believers at His glorious return.
Jesus said unto her, I am the
resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet
shall he live:

If Jesus had not
been raised from the dead, the Christian faith would be worthless and we would
still be enslaved to sin.
And if Christ be not raised, your faith
is vain; ye are yet in your sins.

His resurrection
was for the justification and eternal
security of all born again believers.
Who was delivered for our offences, and
was raised again for our justification.
